Please first check the "SPAM" section in your e-mail and other folders, make sure all data is correct. If the problem still persists, please contact the Customer Service Department via the "
Support" tab or send an e-mail to
support@lvbet.lv.
My document is still rejected, what requirements must a copy of my ID document meet?
Make sure there is at least 1 - 2 cm space around the document when taking the picture. Check if everything is clearly visible in the photo and there must be no visible reflections of light or flash. If you are submitting an ID card, remember to add both sides. Please send the document by logging in to your account and then selecting the My Account tab, My Documents.
